Following on from the email we sent to you all on Friday afternoon, we have received further clarification on the New South Wales mandatory vaccine rules as they apply to you.

As the mandate currently stands, there is no law to compel you to be vaccinated unless you work in a government health facility or public or private hospital.

We understand that this advice is different to the information we published on Friday, We also acknowledge the fact that while we do our best to provide you the most up to date and accurate information we can, at times corrections need to be made as new information comes to hand. We trust that this further clarification will be welcome news to many of you.

Please note that the information we provided for the other states is true and correct to the best of our knowledge at this time. 

If you as an individual health practitioner, or as a business, do not agree with our interpretation of the health orders, or if you do not agree with the orders themselves, we strongly recommend that you seek further legal advice.
