As at 12.01am 1 December 2020, the South Australian government has made it mandatory to wear a face mask in all healthcare settings.
The requirements of the mask are single-use surgical mask (covering mouth and nose). This is for:
- Care providers
- Patients
- Clients
- Residents
- Administrative and Other Staff
- Employees
- Visitors
- Students
- Contractors, and
- any other person on site
